Where we offer FREE UK delivery with Royal Mail Small Parcel – second class tracked, or similar, quoted by Royal Mail as 3–5 working day delivery, including Saturdays. Shipping is also FREE to all European countries for orders over £50 and to the Rest of the World for all orders over £100, using Fedex.

If you have chosen to have your order dispatched via standard UK delivery, please allow up to 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. If it is already after 10 working days, we recommend that you first contact your local sorting office to check if they are holding it for you. You have the statutory right to cancel your order, but no later than 14 working days after the day after you receive the product. You can also cancel your order at any time prior to the order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are received.

We offer a refund or replacement upto 28 days after the date of purchase. Any returned products need to be received in a unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition. If your product is received damaged we will require photographic proof and the return of the item before a replacement can be authorised.
